Decorating the room

Well, we're finally making some progress on getting the room ready. After 4 or 5 trips to Lowe's, including 3 in one day, we finally decided on a color for the walls. We went with a green-ish color. I believe it's actually the one on the far right of the picture. We ended up spreading the task out over a few weeks because we had to keep moving stuff into, out of, and around the room to get to everything. I'm pretty sure I swore off painting after that fiasco.
Furniture-wise, the only thing we've bought so far is the crib. It came in last Saturday and I knocked it out in an hour. So, as of right now she's got a freshly painted room, a ton of clothes, and a bed. A good start.

I think even Lindsey would tell you that my biggest task these last 6 months has been to keep her from going crazy from worrying. All I'll say is that her Google history provides daily entertainment for me. However, I think I'll get in trouble if I actually post any of her searches. In all fairness, she's been a trooper so far.

At 25 and a half weeks, our trusty iPhone app says that our sweet little girl is the size of a rutabaga and that Lindsey's uterus is the size of a soccer ball. Next week the baby will be the size of a hothouse cucumber. If you know what that is or the general size that it's supposed to be, you are weird. She's also been kicking and squirming like crazy and sometimes you can even see Lindsey's stomach move. It's all becoming very real!
